1. Definitions
- “We”, “Us”, “Our” – Critical Rental Networks
- “You”, “Customer” – Any individual, company, or organisation using our service
- “Service” – The process of locating equipment and introducing the Customer to a third-party supplier
- “Supplier” – A third-party company who provides or hires out equipment directly to the Customer
- “Subscription” – A recurring monthly payment for an agreed number of equipment searches
2. Scope of Service
We provide a kit-finding service for customers in the temporary power and equipment hire industries. We do not supply, deliver, or reserve stock ourselves. Our role is solely
to locate equipment based on your request and introduce you to the supplier holding the item.
The more accurate your request, the better we can assist. You must provide any critical details that could affect sourcing, including (but not limited to):
- Dimensions
- Weights
- Voltage ratings
- Application type
- Site-specific restrictions or logistics
We are not responsible for errors due to insufficient or inaccurate information.
3. Service Fee and Payment
- Our service is chargeable upon successful location of the requested item(s), whether or not you proceed with the hire or purchase.
- Payment is due upon notification that the item has been located.
- We recommend making payment in advance to speed up the process and avoid missing out on stock.
- Delayed payments may lead to loss of availability, for which we are not responsible.
- If payment is made and we are unable to locate the item(s), you will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future search.
4. Supplier Availability and Information
- Stock availability is subject to change. We do not reserve stock and recommend acting quickly after we notify you.
- All details about equipment come from the supplier. We are not liable for errors, inaccuracies, or misrepresentations in the information provided.
- You are responsible for verifying all details with the supplier before committing to hire or purchase.
5. Subscription Services
- Subscriptions include a set number of searches per month.
- No refunds will be issued for unused searches or mid-month cancellations.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Data Protection (GDPR)
We are committed to protecting your data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- We collect and store only the necessary personal and business information to perform our services.
- Data is stored securely and never shared outside of fulfilling our service.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for:
- Equipment performance or failure
- Delivery issues or supplier conduct
- Any consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of revenue, project delays, or loss of opportunity
- Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the service fee paid.
8. Dispute Resolution
IIn the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally and in good faith. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or inability to locate equipment due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Supplier shortages
- Communication failures
- Extreme weather
- Political or industry disruption
- Any unforeseen supplier operational issues
10. Acceptance of Terms
By using our service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update them at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website
